💸 Refund Policy – MLP Events
At MLP Events (a unit of SS Wedding Services), we strive to deliver the highest level of service and customer satisfaction. We understand that sometimes plans may change, and we've outlined our refund policy below to ensure transparency and fairness.
1. Advance Payment & Confirmation
- To confirm any event booking, clients are required to pay a minimum 50% advance of the total quoted amount.
- This advance secures your event date, vendor bookings, and service preparation.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation 10 days or more before the event date:
Eligible for a 50% refund of the advance amount. - Cancellation between 4 to 9 days before the event:
Eligible for a 25% refund of the advance amount. - Cancellation within 3 days of the event:
No refund will be issued due to prior arrangements and vendor bookings already made.
3. Rescheduling Policy
- Clients may request to reschedule their event based on availability.
- If the new date is available and within 30 days, no extra charges may apply.
- Rescheduling requests made less than 72 hours before the event may incur additional charges (subject to service type and vendor terms).
4. Non-Refundable Charges
- Customization costs, including personalized décor, props, food orders, or printed materials, are non-refundable if already processed.
- Third-party vendor charges (if prepaid) may be non-refundable as per their own policies.
5. Event Disruptions or Force Majeure
- In cases of unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.), refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
- MLP Events will offer the best possible alternative or rescheduling option in such situations.
6. Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original mode of payment.
- MLP Events is not responsible for delays caused by banks or third-party gateways.
