📜 Terms and Conditions – MLP Events
Welcome to MLP Events! Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before using our services or browsing our website. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.
1. Company Details
MLP Events operates under the registered business name SS Wedding Services, headquartered in Bangalore, India. We offer event planning, photography, decoration, catering, and other related services.
2. Booking & Payment Policy
- All bookings must be confirmed through written communication (email or WhatsApp) and require a minimum advance payment of 50% of the total service cost.
- Remaining payment must be cleared before or on the day of the event.
- Payments can be made via UPI, Bank Transfer, Cash, or other agreed-upon modes.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations made 7 days prior to the event will be eligible for a partial refund (up to 50% of the advance).
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the event date are non-refundable.
- Postponements/rescheduling will be subject to availability and may attract rescheduling fees.
4. Service Delivery
- MLP Events will provide services as per the scope of work agreed upon in advance.
- While we strive to deliver services on time and as promised, external factors such as weather, vendor delays, or traffic may affect the timeline. We will inform clients of any such occurrences as early as possible.
5. Client Responsibilities
- The client must provide accurate information regarding event date, venue, time, and guest count.
- Any last-minute changes may impact service delivery and may result in additional charges.
- The client is responsible for obtaining necessary permissions (venue, noise, etc.) unless included in the package.
6. Photography & Media Usage
MLP Events reserves the right to use event photos and videos for promotional purposes (website, social media, brochures) unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing.
7. Liability Disclaimer
- MLP Events shall not be held liable for any damages, injuries, or losses incurred during the event, arising from third-party vendors or venue-related issues.
- Any damages to equipment or décor caused by guests will be chargeable to the client.
8. Privacy Policy
Client data, including personal and event information, will be kept confidential and used only for service purposes. We do not share or sell customer data.
9. Changes to Terms
MLP Events reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated terms will be effective upon posting on this website.
